Acceptance of Terms
By using Open Market, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Open Market is a discovery layer for the Atmosphere community. Your data stays on your PDS, and we do not process payments.
Eligibility
You must have a valid Atmosphere account and be of legal age to use the service.
Listings & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your content. We don't allow illegal, hateful, or infringing material.
Transactions & Payments
Open Market is NOT a party to any transaction. Payments and shipping are between buyer and seller.
AT Protocol Dependency
The service depends on the AT Protocol. We are not affiliated with Bluesky PBLLC.
Prohibited Conduct
No fraud, scraping, harassment, or illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from user transactions.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.
